David works with Rob Thomson, the President/CEO of Waterfront Properties. He plans short and long term strategic initiatives to maintain market dominance in the luxury real estate genre of Palm Beach and Martin Counties, as well as throughout South Florida.
David created the company’s AWARD WINNING proprietary technology, allowing Waterfront Properties to make the successful “shift” in real estate marketing from traditional to innovative online/electronic strategies.
He hires and directs a sophisticated, high-tech, marketing team of 20+ professionals including: SEO specialists, graphic designers, and website developers to maintain the 50+ unique websites Waterfront Properties has.
His work ensures TOP GOOGLE RANKINGs for all of the company’s websites. Which in turn allows listing clients and buyers to consistently see the company’s top-ranked online presence to quickly achieve desired goals. David implements best practices and continuous process improvements in technology, operational logistics, and agent productivity in collaboration with Rob Thomson to ensure the success of Waterfront Properties and their teams.

Conducts hundreds of presentations a year for sellers seeking to list their luxury properties with the company.
Coordinates social media initiatives to enhance the company’s brand, image and reputation.
Collaborates with Rob Thomson to expand public and media relations including, most recently, Rob Thomson’s induction into the “Billionaires Club” – the youngest member to achieve this recognition (International Luxury Real Estate/Who’s Who in Real Estate).
